Cima Tauffi e Croce Arcana

You will climb the Apennine watershed from Pistoia side: a ring route that allows you to ride a wide stretch of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and learn about their surprising historical and naturalistic aspects.

From the hamlet of Melo, you will follow ancient pastoral routes and reach the ridge of the historic Croce Arcana Pass, where you will begin our exciting ride through the scenic Balzoni, the Colle dell’Acquamarcia and the beautiful Tauffi Peak.

From Mount Lancino, you will descend through an incredible glacial valley to the edge of the forest, where you can admire some specimens of Monumental Beech, after which you will make a detour to visit the bio farmhouse I Taufi and taste its dairy products.
